FML - Rolling baby makes for annoying diaper changes

So my son really loves rolling and moving a lot.  Normally this is very adorable, but when I am trying to change his diaper it is extremely annoying.  A couple times now he has spread his poop onto other parts of his body or the changing surface by moving when I am trying to change him.  It is also rather irritating when I am trying to change his clothing, as he nearly falls off the changing table some times, even strapped down.  Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to deal with a squirmy baby that just won't hold still?  Please let me know what has worked for you!
