FML - Teething update

So the 2nd tooth has now cracked the surface of my son's gums.  I'd put up photos but it is incredibly difficult to get my son to take a picture with us holding down his lip.  He really doesn't like this and thrashes a ton, and even if he's sleeping he rolls away from the attempts.  So, if you want to see my son's teeth, you have to see us in person :-D  In the meantime though, just curious for parents of children, is there a common order the teeth arrive in?  He has now gotten both of the middle teeth on his lower jaw, but I am wondering if there is a pattern on which the teeth break through or is it random.  For those of you with more than 1 child, what order did they grow in?  Combination of top and bottom?  Front to back or back to front?  Or just random all over the place?  I'm just curious so I know what to expect.  Let me know in the comments or on Facebook!
